If you are spine patient who has been diagnosed with moderate to severe lumbar spinal stenosis and meet the following criteria, you may be a candidate for participation in the TFAS® clinical trial:

• Are between the ages of 50 and 85 years of age;

• Have undergone non-operative, conservative care for your spinal condition for a minimum of 6 months;

• Have clinical symptoms that include pain, burning, tingling or numbness in one or both legs;

• Have been told by your physician that you require decompressive surgery to resolve your clinical symptoms;

• Have had no previous surgeries that have required lumbar spinal fusion or implantation of spinal devices in the lumber spine;

• Would be willing and able to return for physician follow-up visits at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months post-operatively;

• Live within a 50 mile radius of the following cities in the United States:

  - Denver, Colorado
  - Plano, Texas
  - Los Angeles, California
  - Norwich, Connecticut
  - Seattle, Washington
  - Charleston, South Carolina
  - Johnson City, Tennessee
  - Spokane, Washington
  - San Bernardino, California
  - Billings, Montana
  - Chicago, Illinois
  - Boston, Massachusetts
  - Johnson City, New York
  - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  - Chicago, Illinois
  - Kettering, Ohio
